On The Fly Computer Guy

A technician will remotely control your computer or laptop and will be able to fix many issues provided you have a high speed internet connection. $99 FOR 1 HOUR, 1st HOUR MUST BE PREPAID.

NOTE:  During remote sessions, we can usually diagnose and resolve slow computers, some viruses, corrupted software, printer installations, etc.  Windows operating system upgrades (i.e. upgrading from 7 to 10), hardware problems (bad hard drive, memory, etc.), and certain viruses can NOT be resolved remotely and will require an onsite visit, which will be an additional charge.
